Yes I was happy enough that they had sharpened the pricing adequately after a few visits to the sales office, then throwing in the staircase was the icing on the cake. Agree with all the above. We are currently building a Waldorf 42 in Mulgoa Sanctuary (Glenmore Park) and have about 100K in upgrades. Noting that nothing we have done was over the top and that I managed to get EBH to throw in the display home staircase for free.

G'day Panthers, I have been living in JS Since Sept '12 and have not had or even seen one ounce of trouble. It appears to be very isolated and some vocal serial complainers. We have a fantastic area and excellent neighbours. I would gladly reccommend JS to anyone as a great place to live. Cheers

I have also just placed my order with Exetel. Am going for the 'OCM-A-60' plan which is 60GB a month DL and 25Mbps Down/5Mbps Up speedwise. Might upgrade to something faster at a later date depening on how much we use it.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys, really happy! I'm looking to get LED down lights shortly. One of my mate's is a sparky so we just got the basic electrical knowing that we'd upgrade things after handover. I'll have to update my blog with some new pics!

Well went and got the keys yesterday! Can't praise them enough, the whole process has been easy and trouble free for us. Now, moving all our stuff starts. Fun fun! Waiting on the fences and retaining to be done next week then I'm off work so I can start doing the landscaping Woohoo lol! How'd you go...

You'll be right Jewel18, I remember mine being pretty straight forward if you know what you want. Just spoke to our CSA, she said providing we are happy at the final inspection at 10am on the 7th, she has booked us in to pick up the keys at Midday! :D
