Yeah it would depend how much wall they are rendering. But I would think around the $1500 dollar mark. maybe slightly less.

to raise the garage to 28c should be around the $1500 dollar mark. We spent around the 10k mark in prestart. just over 3k alone in the electrical plan.

Is this to do with the NBN? Because Im also up for $2000 from what ive read it will be worthwhile in the future. Well I hope so. If you dont get it you will still have to pay a connection for for the NBN, then pay a electrician to wire it into your house etc.

Love the house Mate, Especially the Garage... Jealous. The double doors to the WIL I think is a good idea. Sliders would leave you with much less room to move around in.
