Yes thats exactly the issue. They had approved based on contract sale of 80% but I had asked for the valuation price. Since the land is not registered yet they could only go with the contract sale price but not the valuation....They would consider that during construction as the land will be regist...

The vendor's new solictor is saying "registration is likely to occur on about 23 November 2018 and as such, settlement will be required to take place within 21 days of that date (or the actual date of registration)." Hope we all have enough time to get everything ready. Thanks for the info.

It’s been with land titles office since 15 Oct owner can now take plans to land titles office with councils stamp of approval Also their is still a mortgage on the property with westpac so westpac have to sign off on final council approved plans which can take up to 3 weeks so I am anticipating set...
