We were wanting to build a couple of years ago but our circumstances changed, now we are back in a position and I have been looking all over for land. Seacrest would be a great spot for us and we have info we are sitting on at the moment on a block to purchase but we are very worried about the coal ...

We have really been struggling to buy a block in our price range. All of the blocks in our price range are in Seacrest. I do not want to build on dirty coal. It is not recommended to have vegie gardens if your fill is dirty coal. It does over time rise to the surface. If you go to the sports fields ...

Hope everyone had a great chrissy. Just a quick question, does Clarendon allow you to put a pool in when they are building your house? I know Beechwood don't, would be great to at least get the hole dug while the siteworks get done.

We were hoping to build early this year but our circumstances changed and we were unable to move forward. However, things have improved so we are now looking at building mid next year. I wanted to build single story but the blocks in our area are only small so we wouldn't have a yard. The Wentworth ...

Hi Dotgif, Very exciting time for you guys! Just a few questions with the Wentworth design, did you reconfigure kitchen or leave it as is? Is the meals area wide enough for a rectangle table? Did you reconfigure any of the layout and if so was it expensive? Thanks Mel

If you are coming down to Haywards Bay to look at Verdehlo then a cheap place to stay would be Windang or Shellharbour caravan parks in a cabin. If you are making the trip to Haywards Bay I recommend you drive another 10 minutes West to Brooks Reach to see the Allworth Altona. This is a similar plan...

Love the Verdelho Twist, thanks for that. Out of curiosity, have you made any changes to the Verdelho Twist floorplan? Is the walk-in pantry big enough? We found that the Merlot Twist pantry had an entry of 50cm which is barely enough room to walk through so would have to make changes.

We just noticed a big difference between the Verdhelo display home and the Bedarra with the raised ceilings, they look and feel fantastic and gives the house a luxurious feel, however, $8k is so much money to spend on this. Allworth do 3 ceiling heights so the 2590 isn't as expensive as the 2700. I ...

I know the Oran Park office is absolutely flat out. This could be reason for delay? I would be interested to know if they charge for first tender too.
