Any one built house Mimosa Homes ?Building A New House

Hi I am going to build my house very soon and I have shortlisted Mimosa Homes, Was just wandering if someone has already built a house with them and how are they going with it.. How is it Quality wise, CustomerService wise etc. Any help/info around this is much appreicated.
