I had a quote done with statesman and they were going to charge around 25 grand for footings nd they were very unprofessional by bagging out all the other builders, just felt like they were desperate. When i first started researching building i thought the footings were included in the price but they are extra and can be a big chunk out of the budget. Also it is a good idea to see where the sun rises and sets so you can position the windows to get the most of the winter sun etc. Ive just been rea...

Yeah we,ve looked around for bout six months at builders, fairmont seem more value for money. My brother built his place and told me he wont build again coz the builder stuffed up so much. But im hoping itll be smoother for us. Going with the toulonthe toulon modified.
