Happy to report that H*nl*y have finally picked up there game. We had an inspection yesterday and i am pleased to say that all our concerns have been addressed. Ok, So one of our main complain is the mortar on the house. Its cracked in most places. Looks horrible, has gaps and looks dirty (espacialy where they tried to patch it up. Inspection Thursday 4th - Turned up to find a guy waiting for us fully expecting not to be any faults. I couldnt believe that some of the faults handover had seen and dotted were not fixed. Why would you want to delay building? But if you really want to get it put in your contract that you want construction to commence not before August 2008, that way you lock in all prices and so forth. Talk to them. I dont see why it should be an issue.

all i can say, is that most people i have come across that have built with henley (20 people), only 5 have said good things about them and most of these people were on here. The tiler who put our tiles down did a good job. The painters have come along and for some reason have painted the Grout. Not all of the grout, but all along the top of the last tiles. I have never seen this done before. Has anyone had the same thing done? Looks horible.
