Hi Mclaren, I have spent many hours reading your build. We are doing our selections currently for 'The Vogue'. I cant recall, did you get soft close drawers/ cupboards? What brand hinges/sliders did Sampina use? I am wondering if i can retrofit them later as it seems to be an expensive upgrade. Tha...

But at least we have the building inspector to come through afterwards. You should have the Building Inspect...

Hi, We have started looking into the absolute details in our contract and working out out what we will upgrade at selections. We have 2 coats of paint in one colour as well as one feature colour included. Has anyone felt the need to upgrade to 3 coats of paint? Is this really worth it? Cheers We we...
We were rather dissappointed with their painting overall. I believe it is the quality of the paint they use rather than...

I just did a search and yours is the first water feature to come up and it looks fantastic! Colours look really good as well :) But I do have to ask, what ballpark figure would something like this cost? Thanks. We like the way colours highlight the water feature and blend well together. The Pyro though is brilliant, the best way ever to clean an oven. As we like roasts, especially Pork, i...
