hi kornjen, you don't need to. we have final occupancy certificate without landsaping and driveway. council is concerend with the house. landscaping and dway is seperate.

MDF skirting around your house which is standard with builders will swell when exposed to water. Timber on the otherhand has less of a chance of rotting and swelling then the mdf stuff.

Hi All, Bit late in my reply but better late then never :). We are close to handover YAY! we have our PCI walkthrough next thursday. We are building in the ponds and looking forward to settling in. luv4ever. You can make your own landscape plan in anyway as long as you follow the guidelines. Don't worry too much about which plants it's not set in stone. You can't be expected to know which plants you will plant in 6 months time... you might even decide to change your choices they are flexible.....
