Anyone building a Henley Home.....Break through SeriesBuilding A New House

Hey everyone, My Fiancee and I are looking to start building in the Renaissance Rise Estate in Mernda this coming July. We are going to build the Henley Luca 4. Is anyone else building in that area with Henley or building with Henley anywhere else? Would love to hear some feedback Thanks!! :D Jess
