I really don't know what to do and wonder if anyone can help. I already got my keys to my new house. Do I really need to apply for an interim occupancy certificate before I move in? There are still lots of things left to do like landscaping, front fence etc. But to do them all I will definitely pass...

Hello all, I finally got my CDC approval on 29 July, so I have been very busy getting the site clear to hand over to Masterton. In these few weeks, I have pack up, move house, organise disconnection of Gas, Electricity and Phone and ask the demolition company to demolish my house. Today is the 2nd d...

Welcome Mahattan 37 builder. I signed up around Feb this year and my special offer from MH was the air conditioning. I paid $2000 instead of $4999 for it.

Hi Paulevan A year. I thought 3 months for the paperwork process was bad enough. We are waiting for our final tender to come through which I hope will be here tomorrow. We are hoping to build the Villina. We have made a few changes and have signed off on the final plans. They are very short staffed...
Cathy, Hope you are right. Masterton always said it is very quick to get CDC approval, but now I am 50 days into the 90...

Hi Cathy, One thing I forgot to mention is MH allows you to have 1 internal Gas Point. So have a think where you want to put it? If you want extra internal gas point, it is $232 for each. If you want external gas point it is about $284 each. Oh also, think about the kitchen sink, there are two types...

The first plan you will get back is the presentation plan. For me, it took 4 weeks. You will then have an appoin...
