We have put in on a 4bed, 3bath, 3 living area in Wandong, so not far away at all and if we get it it will be a lot more house for about 100k less then if we had built. Disappointed wont get to build, but if we get this place it will be worth it. lol, i would be walking past all the time too, not lo...

Thats great news Deb, unbelievable how quickly it has happened. We have put an offer in on a house, waiting to hear now whether we have got it. Both of us could be packing soon :)

If its just the 2 of you the varano is ample, love the idea of having sliding doors at the back as well. Deb it sounds like its flying for sure. Fingers crossed they are as good as we hear.. but i get a good feeling about it all where other builders had me very nervous

Thanks Jason, The varano is great, that was the other house design we were considering. But the Brando won out because of its laundry mostly :P Where abouts in Hidden Valley are you building? I wish we had the time to scout out things like the bricks etc, but we are driving down on the 20th so getting in at 11pm roughly and have our color apt at 9am on the 21st. Do they have the house brick samples in the showroom? We like the look of the macadamia brick with white grout.

Thanks Deb, Very excited about the color selection, just have to try and not stuff it up LOL. The Sinatra was really nice to, but the brando won out. There displays are really nice, we are going with the brando 32 with a few changes, extra study, 3 car garage with shed. Dream home, now to just rob the bank to pay for it all :P
