I'm asking as most by-laws include something about not being able to replace the flooring type without approval from the owner's corporation due to noise. So, if your building does have a by-...

Yes it is a unit. No by-law restricting what floor coverings. So which is better? Floor tiles or floating floor board?

Install Built-in Wardrobe Before or After Changing Flooring?Flooring & Floor Covering
