Is 3029( Truganina, Tarneit, Hoppers) a restricted postcode?Building A New House

Has anyone heard that 3029 is the ONLY restricted post code in Victoria ?? Even banks are not happy lending money to the houses/lands that come under this post code. I know there are lot of new estates coming up and lot of them have been building houses but has any one came across this situation bef...

Hi , Ours is not part of an estate..jus a titled land by itself in truganina..construction will be starting in march.. So have you choosen ur builder ? when do u think ur construction might start?

Hi Guys, I am also building with Urbanedge in Truganina. Can you suggest anything I should watch out for ? Looks like they are good builders but I would be believing only after seeing the end product :) What do you think abt downlights ? Do they really consume lot of power? Regards, Srinath
