How long would firstyle take to build a double storey house? We are building middleton32. All paperwork done on 21st Jan and our land was fenced on 27th Jan... after that nothing. (nearly 3 weeks for this friday) no work has started. They say 20 days waiting period. Would they start before 20 days?...

Hi, Building with Firstyle at Mt Annan, has anyone had quoting issues with the tiles? I mean, in having them laid. I have been quoted $450 direct from tiler to lay approx 1 square metre of tiling in a kitchen splashback?
