Ours is going great. We are always quick to wipe up any spills or any kind of moisture. Still looks like new, even with a dog running all over it.

Hi ethos those homes are lovely...if ours could look that good with the shutters then i'd want to keep them! The gf has seen those pics and suggestion and is now adamant they must stay :( Hi Michelle, that would be great if you could do that!

Im trying to give our tired house a bit of a gee up. My partner is hell bent on keeping these ugly window shutter things on our house...I hate them! We got it from a shop here in Lismore called 'In your dreams'. They have alot of oil paintings and alot of balinese stuff. We got that painting for $150 reduced from $700.

So we finally put up our painting in the dining room and it looks awesome! We removed it with cooking spatulas. Worked a treat. We used the steamer for a while but it took much longer.

mcvince we just peeled off all the top layer then just sprayed the backing with hot water and fabric softener in one of those garden sprayers. Left it for 10 mins or so then scraped it all off. more pics to come

We have no idea what were gonna do with the kitchen! Wood grain laminate with yellow benchtop and splashback!! Dunno what they were thinking at the time. Maybe it was the trend back in the day haha.
