update: After talking to the local council and another certifier, it is evedent this is not regulated The Cert guys would like to see an area where someone could be dragged to if resuscitation was required, the area that was quoted to me was 500mm X 2m The earlier info I got was 1.2m to 1.5m around ...

Thanks guys I am looking at shade cloth, possibly adding (sewing in) slacks this will give some design and weight, and if I do it right, will look ok open and closed! as for the floor I am now thinking about a semi perminant solution, i.e. i know i will get lazy and not roll it up! so I will be park...
