Hi Noddy, i got my land only recently and also just noticed that there is a sewer in the middle as well. Not sure whether that will pose a big problem. Hope not. :( Did the builder not go through the plans during the inception period? All the best man.

Thanks everybody for their generous input.... Seems to be a long way to go from here till completion based on the fact that i just placed a booking deposit for the land..... :) Be good to catch up for a cuppa soon, neighbours... Cannot wait.....

Thanks man. Appreciate info. i can be slightly at ease now. Moreover, there are so many builders to choose from. Some are expensive, some are good, some are not that good. Always having issues...i guess.

Hullo Everyone, hope things are going well. Contemplating to do up my finance for my new lot over at Waterfall 9. Seems like the Ponds community is pretty active and warm hearted. Anyone working in the city ??? How do we get there? Thanks. Newbie here.

Made a deposit on the Ponds- Waterfall 9. However, feels that price is pretty high... Not sure how much building i could afford. Do you reckon that there is a big difference in prices for single vs double storeys? Cheers........
