Oh dear, I am getting confused. I really think I need to go with sage green curtains as the only thing that will tone down/or go with the salmon carpet (atm there are very full salmon pink curtains up). Also two of the walls in each room are brick, more a brown with black splotches rather than red. ...

Thank you so much Michelle, I just wasn't sure about the lexicon as I read in a magazine that it has blue undertones, seeing as I was going to be using green curtains. I just want to tone down this 80s pink. Would you just go straight lexicon or 1/2 or 1/4? Also as our ceilings are only 8 foot I tho...

I am trying to decorate on a tight budget, so new paint and curtains are it for the time being.
