You should be using a penetrating sealer. They don't crack or peel and will last a lot longer. If you would like more info you can message me.

The info on resealing every couple of years is incorrect. As long as you use a Penetrating Sealer and i would recommend Waterbased because its safer to use and very DIY friendly and wont damage your lawn or plants while be applied. It is also a clear sealer and wont change the surface that is there ...
