Was told by a real estate fellow the average size home being built these days is 40 squares. Average was 12-15 squares in the 80's. 2-pac is a hard paint finish (also known as polyurethane). You can pretty much pick whatever colour you want, it comes in a glossy finish and is often the most expensive finish for cabinetry.
