We doing a knock down rebuild in Fairfield council area.

Yeah we went to the Kellyville office. My experience with Allworth so far is pretty good except our lender stuff us around with the paperworks which caused the delay for the start of construction by more than 1 month. We are currently in construction (frame stage) and all I can say is so far so good.

I build with Allworth homes and had to pay $3500 desposit for the plan and contour survey etc...

Does anyone know if I need to hire a plumber to disconnect the sewerage connection before the house demolition ? Or is this really require as the house will be demolish anyway? Many Thanks

Hi Shadowcollide, We are building with Allworth and our fixed price tender will end this Friday, Allworth happy to waive the $4000 increase for another 2 weeks : :D . We hope they will finish the slab before going for a 6 weeks break.
