Is anyone else a little concerned with the fact that it seems like every second block will be units? Wondering how that will impact on parking etc, let alone the old problem of quality of tenants. we have units next to us.

It was mentioned in the letter that the nature strips are our responsibility. Which Lot is yours Springleaf?

Hi Everyone, we got a letter from the Wyndham council to cut the grass and the nature strip otherwise there would be $240 fine. But we did this on Mon as the builder told us, we need to do it before they start building. Did everyone else get this letter?

If you go to land.vic.gov.au then select 'Interactice Map', go to Wyndham shire and then zoom in on our estate you will be able to see your street number. Or, if you like, post up your lot number and I'll look up your street number for you :) H...

Hi Everyone, Stage 2 settled now. Did anyone receive any documents after settlement? Also any ideas what the house numbers would be? I don't know when our builders would start. Hopefully soon after holidays. Wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Cheers

Hi Everyone, I was told by our lawyer that settlement would be in December prior to Christmas. However, Elders real estate said November. We are on stage 2. Cheers

Went down there yesterday (good friday) and again nothing has started, considering that this was meant to be titled in Feb. Just another month wasted. All that nice weather we've been having and i bet theyll start the process and we'll be hit with Melbournes freaky storms or something else to drag ...
