Our amounts were pretty much the same as you stated but the allowance got used up(allegedly) and then they sent us a variation for the additional rock removal. We received a call on the first scrape to say they hit rock and asked if we wanted to go out and look, we declined because it was a work day...

Hi Steven, Thanks for the reply. We are on Kinglake Dve(Ballan Rd end). If you include the slab cost plus upgrade to 'm' slab we have paid 21k and then they want to charge an additional 7K(approx) for rock removal. This seems excessive. We spoke to an excavation guy on an adjoining site and he told ...

Hi, We are in the process of building with these guys. Sorry to tell you this but so far I don't have a great deal of good news for you. We paid our deposit in April 09 and did not recive contract until Aug 09 (after having to review tenders more than 5 times). Only then to find the estate covenants...
