As a result of this you wont have TV nor internet, I would pressure my builder to sort this out before the breaks! Your builder should arrange for a technician to install the server-like unit and data switch where the TV and data cables will be connected to and feed all points in your house. Also if...

Once you sign up for a landline with Telstra, a Telstra Tec will come and perform some work on the external box and install a battery box inside the garage. during the time we used cheap internal antenna and worked fine we managed to get most of the digital channels.

I wonder if I am the only one who's annoyed to see category 1 roof tiles now being used in Williams Landing? To think we upgraded our roof tiles to Category 2 for nothing! What appears to be a Category 1 in one builder may be a category 2 in another, so upgrades and standards vary between builders.

Hi kkurni I’m not sure if the price is expensive or not, but have you considered the following? Is your site cost fixed? How about flooring (carpet & tiles) are they included? Any cooling included? Electrics allowance? Is the ceaserstone just for the kitchen or all wet areas? Builders offer stan...

I really like PD & Places homes designs, but just a friendly advice to whoever is considering to go with them to make sure they give you a fixed site cost and something in writing that it is not going to change before paying a cent. I guess this should apply to every builder. I think it is annoy...
