OK - I am amazed that the noveau villina hasnt been built yet ie BADH will be the first one!!! ( by the way your house looks likes its coming along wonderfully) And I think the same can be said for the trend design. I would love to see the finished product ( besides the one at the display village )....

Nathan/Vivien- sorry my wording wasnt quite correct - the garage is still attached to the house its just slighlty narrower........

Hi everyone just visited the Warwick Farm office to see if the Villina will fit on my block - with the garage and study `chopped off `a little it looks like it should be ok. Has anyone else had to make modifications to fit their blocks??? Spoke to a lovely lady who gave me a tonne of information.......

Thanks again guys- Yes the Tempo Elite will fit our block it seems!! The Tempo was actually our 2nd choice after the Villina- my wife doesnt like the small living room of the tempo as compared to the quite larger living area that you first walk into with the Villina....otherwise the tempo ticks all ...

Thanks for the reply Bexi and BADH.........Just had a peek at the fenleigh and its frontage is the same ie 11.88m. My God , if I need 1.5m or even 1.2m clearance on either side I`ve got no chance!! I wonder if I could just make the garage smaller and not interfere with the interenal dimensions of th...

Hi All, Am planning on building the villina which has frontage listed at 11.88m, I assume I need 1m clear on each side making required space 11.88m +1 +1 =13.88m, the block I am intending on building on is only 12.45m !!! The block in total is 512 m2 ............Can I still build ???Any ideas anyone...
