As a private seller, you cannot use http://www.realestate.com.au which as we all know is one of Australia’s biggest tools in selling property. Biased or not, they know what’s actually sold for what price, when it sold and how many day’s on market it took to sell. As a private seller, you cannot use http://www.realestate.com.au which as we all know is one of Australia’s biggest tools in selling property. So, you’ve just lost a potential 80%...

I would use an independant where you can deal with the proprietor as this way he can reduce the comm's as his overheads are less. Other cost savings include - Incorrect. Independents have less buying power, thus their prices are higher. For example, the fee for an independent to use http://www.real...
