Great job Jeuno for organizing the gathering-cant wait to meet all the neighbors. It will be a great event, no doubt :) Oh also was gonna mention to everyone to expect the 2010/11 rates payment invoice in the mail as we have received ours today from the Dandenong council. Hi Guagua, I have just done colourbond fencing yesterday it is $60 to 65 /meter. Hi RRSV, I dont think you could use colorbond fencing as the design guidelines in the land contract states side and rear fences must be constructed using timber palings (R2 in section 2.9 Side + Rear Fences). hello Katmeow, i just saw ur post, as far as i know u dont have to submit any of those to get the approval for ur building, ask ur builder to submit ur final plan and stuff, u have enough time to think about ur fencing, landscaping, driveway and stuff, bcz my builder got the approval without any of...

After waiting since before xmas, our builder finally got back to us about DAP's approval (not). Apparently now they want info about fencing and gates before they will approve of our final plan so we can apply for all the necessary permits and start building. What type of fences and gates is everyone...
