We made sure we had preapproval for both land and house before we signed the contract. They then gave us a full approval on the land and conditional approval for the house as we haven't signed contracts yet. We are using the equity in this house though, so not sure if the same applies to you. I'd ge...

On a Sunday - Bunnings definately - Mitre 10 too, the large stores though. Love those handles - am taking lots of notes!!

Yeah it does. Still a huge Atlantique fan, but hey I think I could do worse than the Bordeaux!! Actually love the Tarneit display - it really does feel like a home. They've done a great job in presenting it.

S7P - Backyard would only have been about a 2.5 m (Our swing set wouldn't fit :lol: ) - it just doesn't work on any blocks we are looking at which is a real shame, as we want a bigger block for our kids - but in saying that the Bordeaux is a lovely house - so I'm happy enough and husband likes the i...
