We made sure we had preapproval for both land and house before we signed the contract. They then gave us a full approval on the land and conditional approval for the house as we haven't signed contracts yet. Yeah it does. Still a huge Atlantique fan, but hey I think I could do worse than the Bordeaux!! Actually love the Tarneit display - it really does feel like a home. They've done a great job in presenting it.
