Hi All My question for those that have build the Villina is what size land should I be looking at that would fit this house on. Also I want to make the study bigger as I will be working from home and want to know how much you are allowed to change the plans. I was possibly looking at the Villina 41...

Love the kithcen Chris&Emily, Congrats!! - what colour is it? Kitchen doors are Createc, Colour is Malt. Benchtop will be Luna White. We used the Masterton Colours consultant so hopefully everything will look good. At least my wife is very happy so far. Chris

Sabs1, Yes your driveway quote does seem high. How many sqm? My research shows should be $75-$85 per sqm for a steciled / stamped driveway. Who are you using? I also have to make a decision on driveway contractor soon. Mine is approx 90sqm and I also have a drain to put in the middle of it. Chris

Mercurysa, Yes I remember that the Masterton quote to us for sarking (also a villina) was about 2K. The sarking provides a water barrier and also reflects heat during summer. Topdeck, Mrs Rose is right the stairs are a safety issue. You will also need a least a 1m x 1m landing (not just stairs) outside the door.
