Hi Guys, Was wondering if you have come across a kitchen faucet with pull-put sprayer that has 3 holes into it. 1 for hot, 1 for cold (the mixers) and a separate one for filtered water intake. Thanks guys. So is it more thirsty (absorbs more paint) than normal wall plaster? I have no clue if I can still paint a wall with a primer/sealer that's meant for ceilings.

Anyone know what this material is? Is this the same as the gyprock ceilings used normally in garage/interior ceilings? I'm preparing a new plastered wall for painting and was wondering if 'Dulux Proffessional Plater Ceiler' can be used to prime and seal such walls? Is it the same product as 'Sealer ...

Hello, just an update. I called DTF =) They confirned that FHB like myself must pay stamp duty on vacant lot of land. I can then apply for the FHOG when I have a building contract, and they will recalculate and refund the duty. So yeah, basically I pay 6k, and they may refund me later =(
