I am really suprised to hear that about intelligent homes! Very expensive! We received a basic package with our home through them. We added about 14 data points (extra harmonica) and conduits (3 plasma, 4 normal, 1 alarm) and some speaker cabling all up was 2k - and we were allowed to put anything ...
