So 16 weeks is possible. Perhaps our SS isn't on top of his game. He has been telling us for two weeks now that the painters are on site but there certainly isn't any evidence of painting.

It looks like we'll be running to a very tight timeline as land has not been finished and we are booked in for site start in the first week of December. If all goes to plan, the developers should have land ready by the end of the week and land should be titled in the next 3 weeks. So settlement will...
