Well folks, As of Monday 2nd April, we are no longer residents of Marriott Waters :( It was a tough decision, but I think in the end the distance was the killer for us as we do a lot of work nearer to the city. They most likly have to get a new panel made. Perhaps the the people making the panel are busy. Been here 3 years no fees paid yet, as I understand, there will not be any until the rec centre is up and running as that is the "common property"

It is unlikely the accident last week had anything to do with the letter we received yesterday. A few months ago they had cameras in different spots in our estate and melingtons as well as the counters on the roads. Their solution would of been based from the information they gathered off them.

Did anyone see the car that crashed on the bridge in the estate? It happened this morning between 7.00-8.30. That certainly slowed the traffic down from alysha ave and bluemist ave roundabout. Not sure what time the car was towed, it gone by 1.00. Wonder how long it will take to repair the damage do...

I guess they have to do the drainage first for the whole complex before they start building. That would be a big job.

I read somewhere that the tablets and powder where no good for the dishwashers, beacuase of the excess of build up, so I use Finish Dishwashing Liquid. I might try the bi-carb and vinegar.

Still no internet available in Marriott Waters!!! This is getting beyond a joke even my parents get internet and they live on an island!! Telstra built a new exchange two years ago. Is it full already? Hopefully they put more ports in soon.
