Ouch!!! How much were those tiles at Beaumont tiles?! that seems like a massive number.. Did Carlisle give you a break down of the cost per m2? is that a porcelain tile? The reason I ask is that we upgraded to a 300 x 600 ceramic tile at beaumonts the title is ~$41 and we are still awaiting a price...

ANOTHER Atlantique!!! Pretty certain the telephone points arent standard.. Downlights will be much cheaper if you do it after handover.. Even our sales consultant was trying to help us save $$ and advised us to leave downlights until posthandover. Good luck with your build!! What changes/upgrades a...
