Boo hoo. :( The guy that did my assessment passed it onto his boss to check.... then it was put on another dudes desk to be done instead... still no licence ::frown:: Mine says license has been sent out on the tracker.. I'll have to wait for word from my builder... good luck everybody with your bui...

Has anyone had a response yet? On the Application status tracker I'm up to "Application Assessment Complete? 03/08/2009 Complete" today... hopefully the license will be sent out and construction to start soon....

Maybe because everyone is rushing to get plans in before the First home buyers grant finishes they are a little over loaded? Hmm.. that might be true.. tho all you need is to have the building contract signed before 30 Sept 2009.

Mine was lodged on 26th June.. and I'm still waiting for approval as well.. You can check your application status online here -> http://masterview.cockburn.wa.gov.au/masterviewda/modules/common/default.aspx
