It probably worked like this,the surveyor draughtsperson drew up your plans after a site inspection where the water tap in point on the plan was noted.(you should be able to find this on your site drawings as W something or other,its also engraved into the gutter usually in multiple locations along ...

call the council, builders / tradies can get an on the spot fine for littering worksafe can shut a site down if there is rubbish every were, they deam it to be unsafe Now that I would like to see :P

Another point to remember with the PD spray system is that if you concrete your paths to but up against the walls of the house, ummmm! Best to get an approved contractor to do it I think.PD charged us $265 to trench and cable to soft dial tone with one one phone point. Then Telstra came along and charged us a further $299 for connection because the cable from the house had not been joined in the Telstra pit so they sent out a tech ...

I think its a damn shame that this is what its come to. Once upon a time you could pretty much pay a builder to build a solid home and that's what you got.Now it seems you need a third party to virtually be on site and oversee the whole building process. :cry:
