Hi. bunoluvas. Yes that is exactly what they have done and NO we are not playing that game with Summit. No way are we authorising the final payment until we are TOTALLY happy. Did wonder about the so called "Hit List Meeting" but that is apparently becoming the normal thing to do.

Just as post script to the above. We are seriously thinking of getting them to repair the bay window as they ended up doing okay on the sliding door. Maybe they are trying to renage on the compo that was offered to us. If that is the case then they can fix the bay window as we are not doing it later...
