Wow, what a busy site you have there. The bricks look fantastic ::smile:: Thank you - I'm slowly warming to it!! Anyone else building in Bellflower @ Sippy Downs?? don't worry about plantation getting cracking - we went from quote in Jan to proposal on 20/2 to contract on 13/3 and colours on to electrics on 20/3 to DA out of council 30/3. its the dragon that dragon the feet. :x Sweet thats good to hear, cause we paid our deposit this week. St George Ahhh I see, seems obvious now, lol. I dont quite know where stage 3 is. Is your block on the Highway side of the Adenbrook frames? Getting soil test done this week so fingers crossed its ok. How did yours end up. What stage are you up to with Plantation?

Stage 3 & 4 are both across the new bridge (creekside drive) -stage 4 is first turn right and all the lots closest to the highway. stage 3 is everything else. Lot 190 is one of the lots directly behind (south not west) of the adenbrook homes against the retaining wall. There are 5 lots on the h...

We are off to Plantation head office for the new home proposal meeting tomorrow. so how'd it go? Well the NHP price was about $7k over the initial quote, It seems Tony at Kawana was badly misinformed about what Plantation can and cant do! but after a few heated discussions at the desk of the Planta...

I had no trouble whatsoever getting them to let Actron do the A/C. Did you have to produce your BSA ticket? I'm in the place on the fence at the back opp the 2 PJ Spec's that are up for sale, as for the render bit it's DIY - I'm going to be on the tools with a product from Rockcoat called Q render. You don't have to be the best at it as the instructions are very clear and it doesn't have to be too thick ...

I been thinkin bout doin the Render myself as I have done it before aswell but Im just not sure wether or not I can get...
