I would have loved the cesarstone benches etc.. but by the time we factored in the plantation prices for fitting in with our covenant (render, flat profile roof tiles or colourbond etc) it just came out too expensive for our budget. Ill be interested to see the block prices for the next few release...

having a look at some of the damage to the grassed areas in stage 3 & 4 by builders I don't blame Investa one bit. they're doing the place up and no sooner do they get something looking nice a DH drives a monstrous truck across everything and gouges big gullys in the fresh laid turf on lots tha...

It's bad around were i am, the storm water has to be repaired out the front of our place due to random truck off road e...

I'm in the place on the fence at the back opp the 2 PJ Spec's that are up for sale, as for the render bit it's DIY - I'm going to be on the tools with a product from Rockcoat called Q render. You don't have to be the best at it as the instructions are very clear and it doesn't have to be too thick ...

I been thinkin bout doin the Render myself as I have done it before aswell but Im just not sure wether or not I can get...
