yes you can...nothing stops you from taking a plan to another builder BUT they can't use the plan, but they can manipulate it enough [%] to give you a price on their finish.. along with showing you plans similar to the one you looked at.. i used the 'new' 2c from brikmakers... actually a lot nicer/b...

whatever you do... make sure you check your plans[dimensions/missed recesses/etc] and if you are staring through the windows or going 'next' to your site... perhaps more importantly, use an independent inspector.. rather than trust their guy - my fault there good luck... i hope it all turns out well...

I just finished building with Impressions Never, ever again... From beginning to end it was a massive list of wasted time, mistakes[and not once did someone ever say it's their fault... it was either someone elses or these things happen], incorrect information, lack of followups[had to consistently ...

the guy at redink told me he gets very limited commission on the custom 5000, hence the addons are very pricey.... nope, i'm not kidding... the amount of salesguys who mention their wallet is ridiculous. the base house is terrific value as investment, unfortunately requires a lot of tweaking to get ...

We are building with the Rural Building Company. I wouldn't recommend this experience to everyone. We are 12 months overdue at present. It's so sad, the situation and the experiences have been horrendous. Who ever you choose, make sure you have access to the top person. Dale Alcock can be reached. ...

I'd be keen to hear more information about this. One of the options I'm considering for the next place is the cape view...
