Hi, Yes it is Beaver Creek .. :-) I think it was a Solver colour If you have a look back on some of my old posts I know I listed the render colours and you will also see a better picture of the house with it. It was a great contrast colour and we have been very happy with our choice of colours.

Lundy Grey was our main render colour. I love it. Works well with lots of other colours too. http://i662.photobucket.com/albums/uu350/davdenwa/Brindabella%20Nearly%20Completed%20April%202010/2011JuneOurHouse016.jpg

We have had them in for over a week now, during hot weather and it really has made quite a difference. Impressed. Heres another picture of them fully installed. http://i662.photobucket.com/albums/uu350/davdenwa/BoatTrip18March2012137-1.jpg

We had a leak, and could tell by the water level dropping. We did the bucket test too, that's a great idea and gives you an idea on how quickly you are losing the water. Turned out we had a hole which they pool installers came out and plugged up with aqua putty and colour matched it to the pool. thi...

Hi, we went for a thick laminated glass top dining table. Very unusual, it's liked cracked glass (if you can imagine a smashed windscreen). Looks really different, love it. We opted for white dining chairs, but if I had my time again would have gone the brown ones instead (to match brown leather lou...

Hi, we have spotted gum too ... love it, no regrets at all. I like the fact it has so many colours to it. Just a quick question, what do people use to clean their floorboards. Ours is semi gloss finish. Thank you. http://i662.photobucket.com/albums/uu350/davdenwa/November22WoodenFloors001.jpg

Hi, we are looking at reducing our roof temp too. Have just order 4 smoothline ventilators (2 sets of 2) for our colourbond Dune roof. Will post when we have installed them and advise their effectiveness. http://universaltileventilators.com.au/index.php?/Product-General/smoothline-corrugated-vent.html

I agree with previous poster, there are so many variants to give you a price. There are some basic models, limited colours with manual wind out up to what was described above. If you have dimensions, you could get some ball park quotes over the phone. Our quotes were in the vicinity of $7000. But bo...

Wow .. I think you are an amazing, considerate kind person. Here's my 2 cents worth (I only have 4 kids .. that's seems strange to say "only") I would consider a nice big rumpus/playroom with a huge lounge suite in it (doubles up as extra place to sleep if by any chance you wanted extra ki...

He no longer works for our builder and as far as I am aware works for himself with a small crew. He lives in Secret Harbo...
