We went with Allianz. Our house cost just under $200k to build, and they were saying inusre for $350k - $400k (can't remember exactly now). We ended up insuring for $300k, we feel that should cover a rebuild, and any site cleaning costs. Our bank recommended $250k. We also got contents of $30,000 (...

To help with the internal access through pantry issue, you could move the laundry down to where Bed 2 is, move the bathroom down and have bed 2 sharing a wall with bed 3.
