They should replace it.....but only because of the quality, not because it isn't what you want. You would have received plans and elevations and that's when you need to make sure everything is as you were wanting.....

I've used Smoke Pearl before and don't think it looks to pink. I do think it can be quite dark in bedrooms so recommend 1/2 strength
