For ink....best thing is hairspray. Yes, believe it or not! Spray it on and it will come straight off. Although then you can see how grotty the couch really is and need to clean it all. They should replace it.....but only because of the quality, not because it isn't what you want. You would have received plans and elevations and that's when you need to make sure everything is as you were wanting.....

sounds like my neighbour....always threatening to sue for something or other (not that we've done anything to warrant that!). We put a screen up and made it really ugly on their side (I'm talking nails not going in on their side, 1/2 painted etc!)......I now like to get a rise out of them.

we have inuction (nearly 1.5 years) and dont have any scratches on it. I can't stand cleaning s/steel so having the glass to clean is a breeze and I prefer it to gas.

I'd get your solicitor to type up a letter stating that he is not to have any contact with you and any contact will result in legal action. We have a horrid neighbour and my best friend is a solicitor, so she typed up a letter for us! It was a great letter!

I've used Smoke Pearl before and don't think it looks to pink. I do think it can be quite dark in bedrooms so recommend 1/2 strength
