I have a friend (really) who is buying a house with asbestos in it. He plans to have the ceiling "done" to remove it - and says it will cost around $10k - is this right - ie I felt it might be more. Also - surely if its in the ceiling it will also be in the walls etc etc ? Anyone know any...
