I have chosen Stone brick color from PGH bricks for my new build. I usually see darker shade of colours in new homes. I was tossing up between Blackheath and lightning but ended up going with the latter. It depends on what colour is your favourite. I think Blackheath is easier to maintain given the semi gloss finish and darker colour compared to lightning. Is 20k rendering just the facade? My builder quoted 5k for...
