Hi Neighbours tree since cut down however caused damage to double brick outbuilding (bricks separated with slight lean to a portion of wall); dwarf retaining wall collapsed as roots of tree moved into our property, rotted lower portion of lapped & capped timber fence, roots grew under cemented ...
