It’s an addition to their house. Went up a level. The build has been slow. We thought the windows would have a covering but it’s like just a glass window x 2 for looking out and that’s it. But it’s not a normal size window

I have a question , we have a house not our direct neighbours but they are one house to the left of us whom have added another storey. No problems with the addition. The top story has no deck but a big WINDOW at the side of upper storey that is pretty much floor to ceiling height, can’t be open look...
