Good morning. Looking to build a duplex in North Ryde. Any recommendations for builders? Simeon from @ashingtonhomes builds nice duplex homes in North Ryde and surrounds. You might want to check with him. Fyi, I haven't built with Simeon, but he is extremely helpful and active on this forum.

Also, don't forget that some councils will also charge a levy (known as Section 7.12 levy), which is a percentage of the development cost that is imposed when a DA or CDC is issued. We are currently building and our council charged us a 1% levy once we received our CDC.
