We are very close in signing up for a House and Land package with Champion homes and then I saw this thread. I wanted to know if people have the same experience of extra/hidden/variation costs in the House and Land package too? or those experiences are more when you just build with them? Hi Grevolu...

I would assume you should be able to get your deposit back via the cooling off period? In tender they cleverly put sentence saying its non-refundable and goes to tenure fee (at last page) but while he mention us i deposit its your 5% deposit.So, I agree to pay now I regret how stupid I was to trust...

Does any one have situation like me? Champion homes cleverly sign us the build contract and there is written the 5% amount is non-refundable.
